He acted as service manager from 1995 through 1999 and became manager of inside and outside sales in 1999.

Tom graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2001 with a Bachelors in Business Marketing. He also volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America as the Old Pueblo District Chairman.
