Construction on the Palazzo Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV was completed late 2008. The entire domestic hot water system is supplied by 26 Patterson-Kelley semi-instantaneous water heaters ( installation by Hansen Mechanical). Construction on the Palazzo Condos is currently underway, which will house seven additional Patterson-Kelley water heater units (to be installed by Big Town Mechanical).

Major renovations to the central plant at Desert Springs Hospital took place in 2007 and allowed for the addition of two Parker 150 HP Low Nox steam boilers.

Desert Plumbing and Heating installed the two 150 HP Low Nox steam boilers that feed numerous kitchens and restaurants located throughout the South Point Hotel/Casino property.

Flagstaff Medical Center began renovations to their central plant late 2008, which has included the installation of two Sellers 100 HP hot water boilers (installation by HACI Mechanical). An additional 70 HP hot water boiler is in the plans , and will be installed in the near future.

McCook Boiler & Pump engineered and installed a Patterson-Kelley modular boiler system at the Phoenician Resort located in Scottsdale, AZ. The P-K boilers were part of a series of system upgrades that took place at this upscale resort back in 2006.

The Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain in Marana, AZ will be the newest member of the Ritz luxury hotel chain, scheduled for opening in December 2009. Parker Boiler was integrated into the design from the get-go, with a 70 HP steam boiler to supply the laundry facility. The boiler was recently installed by Sun Mechanical.

The Marriot University Park Hotel in Tucson, AZ serves as a perfect example of the many retrofit installations that McCook Boiler & Pump has completed over the years. Converting the Marriott’s system from low-efficiency to ultra-high efficiency, these two Patterson-Kelley “Mach” condensing boilers are designed to operate at 96-99% thermal efficiency.
